This policy explains the types of information we collect about users of the Community Justice Portal

If you are unsatisfied with any product you have purchased from the Community Justice Portal and wish to apply for a refund please contact the Community Justice Portal Administrator within 30 days of the date of your purchase. All refunds are at the discretion of the Community Justice Portal. This does not effect your Statutory Rights.
All payments made on the Community Justice Portal are processed securely by PayPal. The Community Justice Portal does not record and/or store any personal financial information.
Information will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable legislation. The Community Justice Portal which is oned an operated by Sheffield Hallam University is registered as a Data Controller with the Information Commissioner. Our register entry can be viewed here.
